Your mission

• End-to-end project management: Take ownership of client projects, from identifying needs to implementing solutions, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring effective follow-up.
• Drive sustainability initiatives: Deliver energy and sustainability certifications (e.g., BREEAM, ISO 50001), develop decarbonization strategies, and support the implementation of energy-efficiency measures.
• Optimize tools and processes: Develop methods and tools for project tracking, reporting, and internal processes to enhance efficiency and impact.

What makes you a strong fit

• Master's degree in Business, Industrial, Civil or Bio-engineering
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in sustainability, energy management, or a technical consulting environment.
• Understanding of technical building installations (HVAC, lighting, etc.).
• Communication skills, both written and spoken, in French and Dutch; strong proficiency in English.
• Skilled in project management, structured working, and stakeholder coordination.
• Autonomous, well-organized, proactive & rigorous.
