Your mission

• Perform energy efficiency studies: Conduct energy audits, EPC NR assessments, and temporary measurement campaigns to evaluate & optimize building and system performance.
• Analyze energy and building data: Identify abnormal consumption, propose optimization actions, and define both quick wins and long-term improvement opportunities across HVAC, lighting, process installations, and sustainable energy systems.
• Optimize tools and processes: Develop methods and tools for project tracking, reporting, and internal processes to enhance efficiency and impact.

What makes you a strong fit

• Master’s degree in Industrial or Civil engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in sustainability, energy management, or a technical consulting environment.
• Understanding of technical building installations (HVAC, lighting, etc.).
• Communication skills, both written and spoken, in Dutch; strong proficiency in English.
• Certification such as EPC NR, energy auditor, IPMVP, ... are a strong advantage.
• Autonomous, well-organized; proactive & rigorous.
